Robinhood Markets (HOOD) has added four popular cryptocurrencies, including the tokens of Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Solana (SOL), to its trading platform.

Shiba Inu, Solana, Polygon’s MATIC, and Compound’s COMP digital tokens were all added to Robinhood’s cryptocurrency-focused trading platform in the past few days.

Shiba Inu prices rose 7% in an hour after it showed up on the Robinhood trading platform and app, data from CoinGecko shows. COMP’s price jumped 6.6%, MATIC added 3.5%, and SOL rose 2% once added to Robinhood.

The additions come after Robinhood said last week that it had activated its cryptocurrency wallet for two million customers, making digital asset transfers broadly possible across its trading platform and app.

Speculation circled last year around potential cryptocurrency additions from Robinhood, although the company had told investors that it would wait for regulatory clarity before proceeding.

Robinhood had already offered seven popular cryptocurrencies to investors, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Dogecoin (DOGE).
